MEET KIM
As a mother of two and Co-Owner of Fuzion Artistry, Kim La Tan is both a Master Lash Artist and Eyeliner Specialist. With over a decade of experience, she has trained students nationwide, launched her own lash product line, and earned recognition as one of the top lash artists in the country. Kim is passionate about using high-quality products that protect natural lashes while delivering beautiful results. In recent years, she’s expanded her artistry to permanent eyeliner, offering clients effortless, lasting beauty. Today, she continues to serve her clients with care while dedicating her energy to educating and empowering the next generation of beauty professionals.

Leann La, Co-Founder and CEO of Fuzion Artistry in Huntington Beach, CA, has spent over a decade helping others look and feel their best. Passionate about natural, long-lasting results, she developed her own pigment line and the Pigment Layering®️ Technique. Leann has performed over 9,000 permanent makeup procedures worldwide and trained more than 1,000 artists, sharing her expertise with those who are passionate about the craft. Her mission is to boost client confidence while empowering artists to build businesses and lives they love.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The longevity of your results will vary based on your Skin type, Health, and Lifestyle. On average our clients come back annually for a touch-up.
DOES PERMANENT MAKEUP HURT?
We do use a needle to apply the permanent makeup, so a certain level of discomfort is inevitable. Most clients explain the feeling similar to getting your brows tweezed very fast. Once the numbing takes place many clients feel very relaxed.
HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?
The length of your appointment will vary dependent on the artist. We schedule your appointment for 2 hours. Some artists can accomplish the procedure in an hour and some artists take the full 2 hours.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Our artist will shape your brows with you. You are welcome to come with them drawn in the way you like or cleaned off ready for one of our artists to do their magic. In the week before your appointment, we recommend avoiding blood thinners, aspirin, alcohol or using retinol creams. Because we value you the safety of all of our clients, we do ask that you enter our facility with good hygiene.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?
Initial healing takes 6-10 days. Fully healed brows take about 30 days.
WILL I NEED A TOUCH-UP?
Every skin type will accept the pigment a little differently. It is possible you will need touch up. If you decide to book a touch up within 3 months of your initial procedure it will only cost $100.
CAN I GET PERMANENT MAKEUP WHILE PREGNANT/NURSING?
NO. We do not recommend having a permanent make up procedure done during a pregnancy or while nursing
